Using our vast experience of more than three decades and the motto of ‘Quality First’, this Rajkot-based fastener manufacturing company has set high standards of quality, innovation, and reliability.
Founded in 1992 by visionary Pravinshinh Vaghela, this family-led company has developed from modest beginnings into a global leader serving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and a diversified industry with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Starting from a mere dream with a very vivid vision, Pravinshinh’s determination has culminated in what is currently a leading player in the fasteners industry. Today, his sons Dharmendrasinh Vaghela and Hardeepsinh Vaghela hold the helm of the company to further consolidate the legacy and ensure that the principles of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction remain not only intact but indeed developed further.

We operate two state-of-the-art manufacturing units equipped with cutting-edge automation technologies, from cold forging to surface finishing and packaging. Unit 1 at Aji GIDC specializes in precision nuts, while Unit 2 at Raj Samadhiyala spans 36,000 sq mt focusing on screws, bolts, and chassis components.
Forging Quality In-House
Every fastener undergoes a meticulously controlled process: raw material inspection, spheroidize annealing, wire drawing, cold forging, CNC machining, surface finishing, and PDI inspection. We specialize in cold forging for bolts (M5X10 to M20X200) and nuts (M5 to M16).
Cleaner Tomorrow
Recognizing the importance of sustainability, we installed a 356 KW solar rooftop at the Rajkot plant. As part of CBAM, we will be installing a 3.5 MW solar farm by FY 24-25, alongside adopting green manufacturing to reduce waste and save energy.
